Our facility at Port Kennedy is 20 minutes from Mandurah CBD and 15 minutes from Rockingham Regional Memorial Park — the crematorium used for all Mandurah cremations. Everything in the $4,260 Price
One price covers everything. There are no additional charges unless you specifically request an optional extra — and we'll tell you about those upfront, not on the invoice.
Optional extras (only if you want them): Private viewing before cremation — $650 (also requires a coffin rather than cremation capsule). Additional death certificates — charged at cost. These are the only possible additions and we discuss them with you before proceeding.
Arranging Cremation Only — Step by Step
The entire process can be arranged by phone. You don't need to visit our facility, sign paperwork in person, or attend at any point. We make it as simple as it can be during a difficult time.
Call us — any time, day or night
Call 1300 69 79 89. You'll speak to our team directly — not an answering service, not a call centre in another state. We'll explain what happens next, answer your questions, and begin arrangements at your pace. There is no pressure to decide anything on the first call.
We arrange the transfer
Whether your loved one is at home, at Peel Health Campus, in an aged care facility, or with the coroner — we coordinate everything. Your loved one is transferred to our Port Kennedy facility, typically within 2–4 hours of your call. Once with us, they are looked after by our own team in our own facility.
We handle all the paperwork
Death registration with the WA Registry of Births, Deaths and Marriages. Cremation permit. Centrelink notification. Medical certificates. We manage every document so your family doesn't have to chase anything.
Cremation at Rockingham Regional Memorial Park
We transport your loved one to the crematorium in Baldivis — 15 minutes from our facility. This is handled entirely by our team. You don't need to attend, travel to Baldivis, or make any separate arrangements with the crematorium.
Ashes returned to your family
Ashes are typically available within 3–5 business days. We can deliver them to your home in Mandurah, or you can collect from our Port Kennedy facility. Ashes are returned in a secure container — you may also choose an urn from our range or provide your own.

Choosing cremation without a service doesn't mean choosing no farewell. It means separating the cremation from the memorial — giving your family time to grieve privately first, then gather when you're ready, in a place that means something to you.

Funds are held in a regulated WA funeral bond, protected from price increases and excluded from the Age Pension assets test.
