We arrange the transfer
We coordinate directly with Peel Health Campus's mortuary staff to transfer your loved one into our care at our Port Kennedy facility. This typically happens within 2–4 hours of your call. Once with us, they are looked after by our own team in our own facility.
We meet to plan the farewell
Kylie or Ann will meet you — at your home, at our facility, or wherever is easiest — to discuss your wishes and plan the service. We handle all paperwork, death registration, and coordination. You choose the type of service, the venue, and every detail.
