Joondalup Health Campus is the major hospital for Perth's rapidly growing northern corridor. Operated by Ramsay Health Care under contract to WA Health. While our office is in Port Kennedy (50 minutes south), we regularly serve northern suburbs families and coordinate cremation at nearby Pinnaroo Valley Memorial Park. We can meet you at your home in the northern suburbs — you don't need to travel to us.

We arrange the transfer
We coordinate directly with Joondalup Health Campus's mortuary staff to transfer your loved one into our care at our Port Kennedy facility. This typically happens within 2–4 hours of your call. Your loved one remains in our direct care from this point — never transferred to a third-party facility.
We meet to plan the farewell
Kylie or Ann will meet you — at your home, at our facility, or wherever is easiest — to discuss your wishes and plan the service. We handle all paperwork, death registration, and coordination. You choose the type of service, the venue, and every detail.
